I have virus problems.

hiya
im new and i hope i am posting this in the right place...ok a couple of weeks ago i got a very bad virus via msn ever since then when i thought i had managed to get rid of it a suddenly start getting random web pages popping up i downloaded a adware spy thing from the net and it seemed to be working well then yesterday when it had finished i had a message that it couldnt delelete three files but they would if i rebooted so i did ..whilst rebooting i got a mesasge come up could not find operation system :S...after turning my pc on and off for a while i eventully got windows to load im using xp...and did a virus scan i noticed every time i do a scan the same file is delteted over again its a down loader and it says look2me c:\windows\system32\q0rq1995ld.dll
dose any of this make any sense to anyone becasue it dosnt to me hope someone can help

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

I have moved your thread to the correct forum.

Go and read the Trojan Pakes and other nasties preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT and AVG Antispyware logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.
