Solved Ib.adnxs ad issue when using Internet Explorer

When I open IE, I have a pop up that is the ib.adnxs adware. I have google.com set as my homepage, but in the upper left hand corner there is a banner that is obvious adware.

Can anyone offer some help to get rid of this junk? I do not have it on Firefox.

Reset Internet Explorer.
Go here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923737 and run "FixIt" procedure.
You can use ANY browser to download "FixIt" file.
Make sure you follow ALL steps listed there.
