IE popups in Firefox

Hey guys,

I keep getting these pop ups from IE when I'm using Firefox, now i saw another thread and followed the advice, but i don't know where to go from there, i got HiJackThis and i wasnt sure what to delete.

Also Norton antivirus says i have something called Bloodhound.exploit.exe, and i havent found a good way to get rid of it.
