Is my computer dead?

The other day my computer just shut off while I was using it, I figured it was the power supply so I bought a new one and put it in. When I powered it up again it booted until it was suppose to load windows, it then said it was unable to boot from disk drive so I just figured I forgot to plug in the harddrive. I turned off the computer and checked to make sure everything was plugged in, and it was. I turned it on again and now the only thing that shows up on the screen is the energy star logo on the top corner and on the bottom of the screen it says "F1", has some space and "Del". It doesnt do anything else after this and I noticed a little red light on the mother board popped on. Is my computer dead or is there something I can do to fix it?

F1 lets you boot without bios changes DEL is telling you to go to bios and set
the bios has been changed and needs set
this is a sign of bad battery and or corrupt bios chip
if you press the F1 and it finishs the boot your OK
but it may keep doing this untill you go to bios and save
if it does not on the board reset cmos and try again make sure the power is unplugged
