What is your computer used for (gaming / video editing / basic tasks / etc)?

If you are going to get the GTX 960, I would suggest getting a 500W power supply so that you have some "breathing room" with your video card. I totally understand being on a budget, but the power supply is one place that you should make sure you do not "skimp on". Should always have some extra wattage to spare (especially if you plan on overclocking the video card). Try this one: EVGA 500W. Plus having a larger PSU now will give you a better chance of not having to upgrade it if/when you upgrade hardware in the future.
