Kingston 8GB MicroSD Dissapeared of my computer

I purchased the Kingston 8GB Micro SDHC Mobility Multi Kit Model MBLY/8GB - Retail got it on my computer using the included adapters, formated to FAT32, put some files on, and a couple days later, it doesn't seem to show up at all.

When I put it in the first time, i noticed huge lag whenever utilized it using windows explorer or other programs.

Whenever i put in my card, all i see is my adapter, an empty "Removable Disk", even when i insert my card while the adapter is connected.

I am running windows XP - 32.

Hi hellokitty[hk],

If you have a device to try the card in without the adapter try that. If it still fails then it has become defective and you should get it replaced with the reseller or Kingston.

The card is recognized by my cell phone, when i take it out it tells me "card has been removed".
My camera recognizes it through a SD adapter, but is "unable to use card", that may be because its really old.
