But. I can see her point. If her face, home, clothing etc were used without her consent then it's easy to argue they made money off her. Now... would people have bought the game if the girl looked or dressed a little different... yes, of course. But that's a reason why GTA should not have used her, not a reason why she shouldn't sue.

And don't forget... it's not like she's getting a lot of work nowadays. That partying lifestyle ain't cheap.

Rockstar have seen and done this all before, they're no strangers to lawsuits regarding these types of parody's. What's the bet they'll get off scott free?, if they don't I'm sure money's not a problem for them but no doubt they will fight it and come out of with 360 degree smiles plastered all over their faces.

The trouble with being handsome or beautiful, it that generally it means you look like a moderate average of everybody else of your gender, age, and race. She might as well get in there and sue any publication that features beautiful women in their late 20s -specially if they appear to have been in and out of rehabs as she has(according to Wikipedia).

I guess she is getting desperate for money and publicity . I reckon all she will get is a load of people thinking she is an *****. Picture in GTA looks nothing like her. I didn't for a second think any character was based on her. Though that might be because I know nothing about her and have no interest in the sort of awful films and tacky things she does/did. That character could have been anyone of dozens of desperate untalented actresses who have nothing but there looks going for them.

Some people are hoping a bus slams into her face, firstly because she deserves some sort of karma after this BS. And secondly it would help with the case, she would look nothing like the photo.... altho maybe she would if she was flattened down to a 2d piece of cover art.
