Looking to Update Video Card and whatever else needed

I want to update my video card and other hardware if possible. I'm a hardcore gamer. I play WoW, Farcry, looking to buy the new Operation Flashpoint when it comes out which is the main reason for this update because it seems it will be very computer intensive.

My specs are as followed:
1. Motherboard - Dell Inc. 0TP406
2. Graphic interface - PCI-Express Link Width x16 Max. Supported x16
3. Memory - DDR2 4096 MBytes
4. CPU - Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 @ 2.40 GHZ
5. CPU Speed - 1596.3 MHZ
6. Power Supply Make/Model -
7. Watt output/Amperage - 475W

Right now i'm using two NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GTS

So what's your budget. I'd suggest a new psu and video card.

Anywhere up to around $300 to $400

I'd recommend a 4870 1gb version or a gtx 260 both run around 250-270 depending on rebates.

700 watt psu, you dont need anything higher than that really. I'm not great with psu's I'll wait for someone else to reply on that issue.

for the BGF GTX280 1GB Video Card.....should i be getting two to replace both NVIDIA 8600 or just replace both of them with one BGF GTX280 1GB
