LSASS.exe and intel32.exe

Among others, these are two files currently corrupting one of my secondary computers.

I have attached a logfile from HJT, could some one please assist with this mess? I normally run AVGPro Free Edition, apparently my definitions got out of date, since these were not stopped.

I won't be making anymore changes on my own (so this log will remain the starting point).

I currently see msole32.exe, shnlog.exe, and popuper.exe as being suspect processes.

Any assistance is appreciated, and sorry for changing the log, there were a couple of things I was able to clear up myself.

Follow these instructions EXACTLY and put HijackThis in e.g C:\Program Files\HJT and NOT in Temp or on the Desktop!.

Then see How to post your Hijackthis log-files as an attachment.

Unless you install XP/SP2, there's no point in doing anything else for you.

Your AntiVirus is hopelessly out of date (AVG6 has not been supported anymore since December 2004!
Uninstall it and get their latest free version AVG7 from http://free.grisoft.com.
Then go to http://soho.sygate.com and get their free Sygate personal firewall.

And most important, stop using that bleedin' Internet Explorer. Go to www.getfirefox.com
