Anyone out there using one?

I am thinking of getting something like the MSI　RX480M2-IL board, sticking in an Athlon64 4000, and an X850pro (PCIe).

I mainly use my computer for gaming, but I also want something that is a little smaller, and quieter than what I have now.

What are the negatives of going with this kind of setup vs. a regular ATX/mid tower setup?

The negative would be that matx boards don't oc well(most don't oc at all), and they lack pci/pci-e slots that atx would have, and many only have 2 memory dimms. To many people those aren't issues, (i.e. non oc'ing, few pci card using, moderate memory using types)

The positives are that it is smaller/more portable, but more powerful than most laptops.
