Microsoft 2007 "Problem with Shortcut" message

When I try to open Mircosoft Word 2007 it gives me this error message:

This update package could not be opened. Verify that the update package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer update package.


I have no clue what this means! Please help me.

Reinstall

Simplest thing to try would just be uninstall it and then install it again.
