Hi-
I have a client with a dell 4700, XP Pro SP2, 512MB , 80GB.
They have blue screens, once every few months or so.
The last one printed out:
STOP: 0x0000008E (0xC0000005, 0xBF08A610, 0xA8C274D8, 0x00000000)
ia7mdds.DLL – address BF08A610 base at BF065000, datestamp 409ac6ad
But I could not determine what this dll file was, I did a google search on it, and nothing turned up.
I did a full memory test, with microsoft memory diag, and memtest 86+, and all passed.
Enclosed are the minidumps.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance. Best Regards,
Dave
