Hi Everyone
Lately i'm having a problem with my computer everytime i lose my internet connection the computer freeze.I have to reboot and when i do i usually don't get any error messages except for one time it gave me the system has recovered from a serious error.When i checked in event viewer under system i found this error.

I searched in google but i didn't find anything that helped me.I don't know if this is a modem problem b/c this problem only occurs as i mentioned above when i lose my internet connection otherwise the computer is ok.I use a PCI NetoDragon 56k voice modem and windows xp professional edition version 2002.I would appreciate if someone can tell me what might be causing this problem and how to solve it.Thanks alot.
