That's why I date outside of my Nationality.

    史瑞 loves me.

    Always pleasant.

Always making great meals for me.

Asks me what kind of clothes I'd like her to wear and then surprises me with new looks.

What a wonderful depiction of femininity.

Totally not like these Social Justice Warriors here.

Well this comment fell on clueless ears. I bet most of those ears think beating women is the way to get laid, or groping them, or pretending to be a star. Oh wait, I forgot. This is not Saudi Arabia. I bet that fact makes the dittoheads feel even more deprived.

Its not necessary to date outside on one's nationality to find such, although, I would not discount the possibility of doing so. The Social Justice Warriors don't seem capable of realizing what Chogyam Trungpa said about warriors: "The only true battles a warrior fights are with themselves."

I wouldn't say an introverted society; introverts love to talk to people, but only to a select few that they can really share their thoughts and emotions with. Introverts aren't a fan of big groups of people that they don't really feel they mesh with...not that they aren't social. The phone thing you mentioned is another thing entirely, people have began to lose their social skills in real life while wanting to connect through social media and be "social" with others online; that's more on the line of an epidemic sociological disease that tech has brought to us.

I honestly wouldn't be surprised that in 10/20 years, that robots with intelligent AI will start to replace real women for these type of men. I recently saw an article on a lifelike robot that the chinese made...that along with future AI will make women think twice about relationships and the power dynamic.

Will be even more interesting is if a female AI, GYNOID, decided that it wanted to get pregnant so it's either fashioned a vagina/uterus out of silicon or tore one out of a cadaver and used cybernetic connections to make it work.

Technically: women are vaginas with a life support system. Breasts which exist only to produce milk (fat and sugar) for babies.

Imagine, if you will, the Borg Queen...

  7. Isn't this just natural selection? I mean, you can't reproduce with an electronic device. (Unless you're a programmer and you reproduce a bunch of virtual assistant's with the help of Siri.) If these people uphold this idea and go as far as marrying an electronic device (seems like I've read that's already happened somewhere) they will biologically die and be removed from the gene pool. Problem solved!

Unfortunately the human population is growing at a rate that is creating more stupid people than can be eliminated by natural processes .

  10. Evidently they are on the verge of a male version of the pill. Power dynamic shifts fundamentally once that hits the market. Believable sexbots just seals the deal.

In a way, it is the ultimate feminist empowerment of women. Men will no longer bother them. For anything.

    Post without any substance.

Approaching women does not equal success, I know guys that have approached over 1,000 women and still don't have a stable relationship. Whole thing is FUBAR.

Can't believe people still have the audacity to vote for Hillary...

Exactly. I've been very curious about the power dynamics with men/women in relationships and observations of children vs teenagers vs adults is universal in Western culture, imo (and I would assume most of the planet too). If you ever seen little boys and girls interact, there is no power struggle of any sorts; it's actually fun to see boys tease girls as they are both kids. Now, when puberty hits, we see this massive power advantage shift to women (for obvious reasons we all know, they have a vagina). If a person goes further into online dating (or had the unfortunate experience of trying to find someone from it), they'd know that even the below average/ugly women gets ton of messages and all of this creates a false ego boost (even more so than attention from men irl on a daily basis).

I see future female robots/advanced AI as the great equalizer...or at least, a force that'll make women think twice about being sat on a pedestal every 5 minutes. For feminists, yes, men will no longer bother them (but it seems to me, they're just playing the victim card because no man has ever wanted them in the first place; always an exception with a beautiful feminist here and there apart from the fat, weird colored hair, man hater), but for ordinary women, the dynamic might shift that their beauty is no longer their ultimate weapon...that if they want a decent male partner, they would have to make some effort by perhaps chasing a man, have an amazing personality, etc, instead of waiting for prince charming to magically fall into her lap. Ironically, robots might be that competition females will have to compete with in the future.

Could you elaborate a bit on the male pill and how that'll shift things? Just want to make sure I understand where you're coming from :)

  13. They have developed a method for disabling sperm in mice and are now seeing if it will work in humans. If the sperm can't swim, they will die before they even have a shot at attempting to fertilize an egg.

With regard to how this shapes power dynamics, I must first whip out the always-relevant (and eternally infamous) SMV graph:

The male pill erases the ability of women to baby-trap men of prime earning age. It also completely removes the need of any men to discriminate on the basis of trust in the sexual market. In today's environment, banging the wrong girl can end your financial life. I personally know of a guy who was baby trapped by a girl just six months ago (they're now "married.") That wouldn't have happened with male contraception and the girl would have likely been dumped.

Women's bargaining power is obliterated because the need for trust is greatly diminished. If a girl doesn't put out, she can be more easily replaced or substituted because there's no risk of knocking another girl up. This has significant implications for extramarital affairs. For example, none of us would remember John Edwards if male contraception had existed in 2008.

It also expands the market. I, personally, cannot be persuaded to bang a dumb chick. I wouldn't risk my child inheriting a low IQ, should contraception fail. Many others share this view (save for people who consider abortion a viable option). With the male pill, this concern is irrelevant since conception is rendered physically impossible. Any consenting and sufficiently attractive woman is acceptable.

This means responsible women and smart women lose bargaining power because those attributes are less valuable (in the short-run).

Now, if we add believable sexbots to the mix and men checking out, women lose out in the short-term market (players and other high-SMV men can pump & dump with even less risk) and the more narcissistic women lose their power over "thirsty" men because that thirst is satisfied by a surrogate that doesn't age, doesn't nag, and doesn't present any health or financial risk.

Moreover, a sexbot will not exploit the legal system to get revenge or reconcile regret.

Real, attractive, feminine women will still be at the top of the totem poll, but the development of the 'male pill' will effectively throw all other women straight to the wolves (and/or dregs).

I will also note that, because more and more people are both delaying marriage or foregoing it all together, the short-term implications cited above are the only things that matter insofar as women are converned. Sexual liberation, female "empowerment," and the advances in contraception are rapidly reducing women from being highly valued members of society (mothers who raise children) to literal worker drones (see: women married to their career) who double as sex objects. Sexbots, being the ultimate progressive technology, will axe the latter and transform all but the most desirable women into mere labor pool participants.

As an aside: I am very bullish pharmaceuticals. Particularly companies that sell anti-depressants.

Awesome, thanks for that great post. I think we were talking about the exact same thing, albeit, you went into much more depth which I totally appreciate. I totally agree, all those top of the chain women will still be desired because they possess all the traits that men still instinctively gravitate towards but the power dynamic with all those less desirable women will almost completely vanish. It's hilarious, yet very saddening, that I see some women who are a solid 5 at best (along with having a kid or is overweight), demanding in their online dating profiles that they want a man who's 5'10+, makings 100k+, etc. In the outside world, most men would not even look at them, but apparently they are some goddess in the online dating world.

But look at all the aggravation we have to go through to replace women. R & D, computer programming, AI research, robotics, you name it!

They've gotten rid of us decades ago with ten bucks worth of silicon-latex, and a couple of D batteries.

Moving on, I'm sure the medical community is applauding the "bravery" of older women bearing children, just from the exorbitant billing standpoint alone.

Hell, when I was 20, women had children without so much as a single wildly overpriced ultrasound. PUSH, b****h, and I think we're done here.

Cruel and unusual you say? Hardly. At least we stopped the practice of her having the child, and then making her catch up with the tribe afterwards...(y)

Men have brought that on themselves. A few shots of Jack Daniels and they're all tens! Not to mention the fact that somehow, women have made themselves seemingly indispensable for the reinforcement of our egos. It's our role in the animal kingdom. We have better eyesight, (although you'd never know it), and she's got way better high frequency hearing. I said, "that's so men can see game, and she can hear babies cry, decades ago. Just recently they've studied it, and found out I've been right all along. She's just something you feel you have to have, for the purposes of your own self esteem. Besides, she bore your child, which explains the hundred pounds she's put on since. What else is there to do but pretend to grin, should you be unfortunate enough for her to bare it. :D

(I didn't get quite as much vitriol into that post as I would have liked. I'll try to do better the next time).

    I'm 35 years old.

I've had my fun out there.

    Time to settle down.

I'm not using any of those chemicals up above.

If I were a younger man, I'd likely consider applying for the job of, "tactile realism, and sound effects evaluator for advanced robot testing". Well, so long as they provide a "magic 8 ball" as a perk. You know, to incentivize me, as it were. ;)

You won't be saying that when you're my age. You'll just be so damned thankful there's still "a little juice in the tank", in a manner of speaking...(y)

Don't make a big thing out of this. A lot of this play is just because of the novelty. When pocket calculators first came out they blew everybody's mind. You'd go to a party and somebody would hand you a calculator and you'd do arithmetic calculations ("5 * 3 =" and then the screen would flash "15") and you couldn't believe it, your intellect couldn't accept that a machine could talk to you, you'd be weirded out and laugh and giggle. Nowadays nobody has that reaction to a calculator, and the same thing will happen to Cortana, that ****.
