mouse doesnt go up or down. only left and right :|

  1. when i drag my mouse upwards or downwards, the pointer doesnt follow. it only goes left and right. i cleaned it already but still, it does the same thing. >.> someone help :D

    Hello and welcome to Techspot.

    This may seem obvious and you may even have tried it already, but you should try another mouse and see if you still have the same problem.
