My Hijackthis thread did all i could but is still bothersome

here is my Hijack this thread, I have done everything else prior such as adware, spybot, Ewido, etc, and the problem still presists, but anyways here it is HELP is greatly appreciated for i do not want to reformat my drive

one last thing ctrl+alt+del, start-->run-->regedit produce an error message of has been disabled by your administrator, which is impossible because its a home computer and im the administrator, also start-->run-->msconfig produces an error message of windows not being able to find the file

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

I can`t see anything in you HJT log, that would account for your problems.

However, just to be on the safe side. Go HERE and follow the instructions.

If that doesn`t reveal anything, maybe doing a Windows repair, as per this thread HERE might help.
