My IE can't browse sites

There's no contact info for the webmaster, but I already contacted the 24 hour technical support. She said that there's nothing wrong with the site.

Just phoned my friend to open the site, and she told me that her IE6 works completely fine with that site.

When I gave you the Contact page, I didn't mean to literally limit it to the "webmaster!

Please check all security settings in IE and firewall- anything where a URL or port could be blocked.

I know my pc got infected by this RS32net.exe by press ctrl+alt and it shows strange program and I google it and foung that it is some kind of malware.
I remove it by formatting, and reinstall

Possibly something was done wrong on the reinstall. Do a repair or reinstall of IE. One doesn't do a reinstall for a malware infection unless it is severe and there is no other way to remove it.

Everything at default settings, no port or url that was blocked.

Done again reinstall IE6, the result is the same as before.
