I am using Windows XP on Core i3 with DDR3 RAM with EVGA motherboard of model H55V. The problem is that I properly shut down my PC and next time when I start my PC, it works till the black screen of windows XP and then it restarts. Then it takes me to the screen where I see some options like "Start Windows Normally", "Last known good configuration you last worked on" etc. I use "Start Windows Normally" or "Last known good configuration", then it resumes and goes only to the black screen and then again restarts. Then I off the PC using on/off button on my CPU. And then start it, it takes me to the "Start Windows Normally" and the other options and then PC works fine and leads me to my PC home. I re-installed windows and also tried windows 7 but this problem is still there and bothering me. Please help me in fixing this problem.
