My PSU sounds like it sparking!

ever since i got another S ATA hard drive for my pc the PSU makes a very hard to belive noise. It sounds like its sparking! Could this be because its over powering the PSU with the second hard drive?? It only starts doing it though when ever i open a big application or a game like COD or Unreal tournament 2004.

Yes it does sound like a PSU upgrade is in order.

Go for a quality PSU like Enermax or Antec etc about 400 to 450 watts should be fine.
