Inactive Need help please!

Hi it's my first time really using a website for help but I am out of ideas,

I have no idea what any of my family downloaded while I was out of town for a few days, but whenever I start up my computer ( I am running Windows 8 ) I get a C:/WINDOWS/SYSWOW64/CMD.EXE appear and above that it shows Access is Denied

Also, after that I get a uPlayersetup.exe appear on my screen and I constantly am denying it, I'm assuming that is the issue possibly? This appears right after the cmd.exe on startup. Also right after that a website will come up with a screenshot I will attach.

I am also getting Pop ups on every page I go to on Chrome and it is literally just on chrome and nothing else. Every page I go to whether it is google, facebook, youtube, yahoo, etc whenever I click something a pop up comes up. I have changed the settings on chrome to block pop ups but that has yielded no help.




Please, I need assisstance!
