Need pen drive to show less space

i have recently bought kingston 4 GB datatraveler, and it has a utility to partition it and i made to 2G accessable partition and 2GB password protected. then accidently i formatted the pen drive which also erased the partitioning software installed in it. After that it shows only 2 GB and i can not access the other 2GB and even when i see the property of the pen drive it is showing the total size of my pen drive is 2 GB . so can u pleash help me what to do in order to have my full 4Gb free space

Try going to Disk Management under Administrative Tools in the Control Panel and delete the partitions.

delete partition option is not accessible in disk management, and everywhere it shows only 2 gb space
