I just bought a new laptop today. HP m6-1225dr, running, unfortunately, Windows 8
I cannot to connect to wifi. Eventually, not sure how I finally got it to work since it wasn't at first, I can connect when the ethernet cable is plugged into the router. I called HP and they kept telling me to call comcast, even though NOTHING is showing up.
It says "wi-fi no networks found" - not sure what else to do. I'm in control panel and when I try to manually connect it says an unexpected error occurred.
I downloaded, from my other computer, network drivers I found on the hp website, which is why I think I was able to connect with the ethernet.
