New PC build start up problem

New build ...have build 2 others recently.....but this one
asrock mobo h110m-itx
pentium 7th gen
corsair liquid cooler h100i v2
corsair ddr4 2133
evga 600w psu
asus 1060 3gb oc

all fans, leds, watercooler work and stay on
but wont display or go to bios..............HELP PLEASE
