NForce or VIA chipset

I'm looking at getting an Athlon 64 3000+. What is a good mobo to get for this? Should I look for one with the nForce3 250 or the VIA K8T800 chipsets? What's the advantage of one over the other?

Nvidia ofcourse, VIA had only discovered and invented DualStream64™ last year in the KT8xx series, Nvidia had done it since early 2000 in the XBOX consumer hardware for Microsoft.
