No loss or choke, but terrible gameplay in CS

Hi,

System specs are:

AMD Opteron 170
2 Gigs Memory
OS: Win 64bit
ATI x1900
Viewsonic VP2000s

No Loss or choke, but framerate around 12-20, which is pretty awful. I average 2.6mb speed on any bandwidth tester. I can't figure out what the problem is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check your fps_max
It is possible that it was changed to 0 by some unknown reason

I had that problem so fps was at most 20 and it was really awful to play

so if u dont know how to do it, write to console:

fps_max 100

(that is only a one example, you can put there any number what you think is good maximum fps)
