No sound

ive jus installed windows 2000 on my pc, n i have no sound not even the little speakin on the start bar. i dont know how to sort it. ino thers a sound card because ive used this pc nt long and it had sound. any ideas?

It'll need Drivers - Grab PC Wizard, it just shows info about your system. http://www.cpuid.com/pcwizard.php

Find out what sound card it is and download the drivers for 2000.

You might want to go into Hardware manager, and look for anything with an exclamtion mark next to it - that'll need drivers too.

well that on that program, says thers so sound card. mayb its came out insid ebeen a while since i used this pc? or its broke?
