Not Full Screen FF

Going here http://www.cbsnews.com/cbs-this-morning/eye-opener-8am/ bottom right corner of video screen NOT monitor it shows the FULL screen box It has nothing to do with F11 key.

Same thing happens on a friends laptop I just had cleaned in here.
