Not sure of command to use

trying to get windows XP to run again after BSOD.. have a recovery CD in.. i dont understand the start_type and to make note? This looks like the part where I dont want to guess.. so if im in bad terrirtory here maybe i should cancel.. or if someone could explain id be very greatful.. Thank you

Why are you using the recovery cd?
It is not usually necessary after a BSOD.
Tell us more about your system (hardware, OS, running software, including security software).
What were you doing when the BSOD occurred?
Are you unable to boot at all?
Can you boot to safe mode?
