Apparently AMD has blocking rights for any acquisition of Intel. If a deal were to happen, what would AMD ask for?

AMD should ask for the x86 license exclusivity if Intel is sold to any bidder.

That would be a bold move by AMD, but it wont happen. As stated, AMD and Intel have a long standing cross licensing agreement for x86 technology. It doesn’t grant AMD the right to exclusive control if Intel is sold. The agreement would likely continue under new ownership. No one would buy Intel if they gave up x86 licensing.

What would AMD ask for? Hmmm? Oh wait! A pint ot Blood, yours! Lip stick (red) on your Intel Exec's lips. Then Intel Exec's would line up in assembly line fashion and kiss AMD's ***!
