Nvidia onboard 6150LE to 7900GS

  1. 256MB PCI-E card. Is that a fairly decent upgrade? I only play Team Fortress 2 and since switching from Vista where I could play fine to Windows 7 beta, I only get around 9 FPS max which makes the game unplayable. I've got a XFX 7900GS card coming and just want to know what I should expect.
