Old webcam, can't find drivers

I have an old webcam which i am unable to find the drivers for. Previously worked fine on XP SP3 but had to reload the machine and lost the driver. I have no details on the manufacturer.....
The hardware device is USB\VID_0923&PID_010F\5&1816E81F&0&2
Any ideas please....Thanks
