Anyone who's considering LG G4 should read reviews on Amazon. 30% of all reviews are 1 star. You can find some horrific stories there about G4 dying within few weeks to few months and the customer service is horrible.

you are absolutely right. it is horrible I bought it from UK. hence in india unable to get warranty. though lg officially admitted it a flaw. regarding bootloop. mine one is totally dead now. ordered a replacement emmc now. LG customer service is horrible.

BTW I own MI5. believe me it is an awesome device. I never understood the method reviewers review things. there is not even a single thing which is flawed compared to competitors (Samsung S7 & others). same specifications at approximately one third price. as per concerns with software or design. no device is perfect each has it's own advantages and disadvantages.

buy one you will really come to know. samsung HTC are overpriced for nothing. I don't think you will get even 5 percent better things even after paying more than double price.

Any comments?

My LG G4 saw marked improvement after the upgrade.

LG pushed update to disable cores to overcome the bootloop issue.

My second LG G4 died in less than a year, just like the first. I'm 3.5 months from the two year anniversary of buying it and two have bricked the exact same way, with thousands of similar reports on the net. Avoid at all price points!
