Outlook express?

I've had vista for 2 days now and tell ya I think it really sucks. How do I use outlook express instead of vista window mail? I am having trouble getting email, the incoming email will flash for about 1/2 sec. and thats it, never is seen in view pane. anyone have any ideas? thanks

You don't Outlook Express is Windows Mail in Vista.
