PC won't boot up

Now i know this may be the wrong section bu i still need help i reformated my harddrive using one computer then put the harddrive in another computer, now it wont boot up and i get a blue screen that states DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, Followed By Instructions,then tech information that states,STOP (0X00000002, 0X00000000, 0XF7389000)
USB PORT.SYS -Address F739624E BASE AT F7389000
The Computer is an E Machine T3025 3000+amd xp processor 160gb hard drive 512mb ram everything is stock except a network adaptor that i installed 5 months agoplease note im broke and computer illiterate
So any suggestions ???

Do you mean, you installed windows on one computer then put it into another computer..?

If so then its no wonder you have this error..

Its because WIndows builds up a list of what is on the motherboard, in regards to sound driver, video, network, cpu etc etc,

the new board is different and because of this windows wont load.

You need to install windows on the PC you are going to be using it on.

okay now would you believe me if i said i kinda sorta knew that in a way after i thought about it over a hot coffee

now when i tried to reformat with the same blue screen except for tech info
