Is it possible to stop my PC from locking up?

I use my PC to crunch numbers hard. I have never been able to run the thing at full tilt without disabling one core or something to stop the thing from locking up. As soon as the cores get to within 63 deg of Tj max, it locks up! I owe a one hundred dollar bill to the person that can make my PC stop crashing! CPUID Specs below... FYI, I have one of those three large fan liquid coolers on the CPU!

Let me define that hundred dollar bill! I need all cores able to run at max speed indefinitely. Tinker with BIOS settings all you want but not Tom Foolery! So no, turning mt PC off doesn't win you the prize!
