Could be the HDD, Download HD Tune it's a free tool check on the condition of your HDD. Or Go to their site and see if there's a updated patch for the software. If not contact them or unistall the package using like the freeware program called Revo set that to level 4 and don't restart yet continue with the Revo and let it remove all the junk that goes with the file. Now reboot the system and re-install with a fresh copy.
