Perfect disk lost a drive

Hello everyone:

Today I re-installed me wife's PC, I installed PD on it, ran it a first time, all was well.
I clicked C:\, and I THINK I accidentally hit Optiwrite on the laptop's pad.
Anyway, the drive is now missing from the list.

Is there a way to retrieve the disk, please?
If so, how?

Hello, Benedict.
Go to Windows installing process again until the moment of selecting a drive to install Windows. Select the drive you need and format it. Then exit the installing process and reboot your system. Your drive will be visible. Maybe, a less complicated exists, but these manipulations really helped me some time ago.
