Pfn list corrupt Now on Our Other pc aswell

Damm this pc is brand new, and it has now started getting the pfn list cuorrupt message. Exactly the same as on my pc see below.

There is nothing overclocked on this pc. I have uploaded 2 recent dumps, can someone please inform me of the offending driver in the dumps please?

NTOSKRNL.exe on both... A Windows System file, probably corrupted by a bad hardware (or software) driver

Thank you kind sir, at least i have something to search google for now. Do you have any idea what driver could be causing it?

I find NETFLDTI.SYS (Panda Firewall) is installed at your windows but I don't find FILTNT.SYS. Are you using Panda Firewall now? If it is not in use, delete NETFLDTI. If It is in-used, re-install Panda Firewall.

Panda titantium 2007 is installed and running on both machines. Could anyone tell me of the offending driver in my thread (see 1st post for link).
