Just built this new system: :D

XP Pro w/ SVC PK2
Asus A8N Deluxe SLI motherboard
AMD XP 3800+
Dual XFX 6800 GT Video Cards in SLI Mode
Giel DDR 400 RAM : 1 gig
Seagate SATA 160gig HD
Lite-on Dual Layer DVD Burner
Floppy
Viewsonic Monitor
Logitech Keyboard

Problem:  Get random BSOD followed by auto restart. Sometimes this repeats just after restart several times.

I've tried so many things like updating drivers, uninstalling problematic utilities like ASUS probe, flashed bios to 1008, to the point that I can't think straight.
Anyway I'm uploading the last 4 minidumps as a zip file here. So if anyone can make sense of these PLEASE help me!! And btw thanks! :slurp:

RAM is the culprit. Reseat the memory stick to another memory slot. If it still crashes and you have more than one memory stick, you have to diagnostic which memory stick is bad. Take out a memory stick. If windows does not crash, the memory stick which is taken on is a bad memory stick.

The debug report is attached
