Please help with attached HijackThis log

A friend's PC - I've cleaned a lot of stuff off already, but still have a big white rectangle on the display, and any attempt to go to the web results in being reset to point at a dummy place

Would appreciate help.

I've also got a log from a run in safe mode if that would help.
