Portal 2 non-responsive

I bought Portal 2, Amnesia, call of duty blackops and many more games from Steam, but it seems that every game runs fine except portal 2, it worked well for about 2 weeks then it goes unresponsive quite a lot midgame and makes me restart. Maybe corrupt file download?Idk
