what, s the name of the power cable for this card, once i installed the monitor says i need this cable

fast video cards require more power provided by an additional 6-pin or 4-pin molex power connector that connects directly to the card, look on your video card and see if you can find it. If so your power source should provide the extra connection, and if not you can get an adapter from any pc store. hope this helps.
