 Hello & Welcome to TechSpot

I'm having a bit of problem understanding your problem...
When you say "Power goes through to motherboard and HDD, but POST on the Monitor." are you saying that the machine is starting, but nothing shows up on the monitor, or that the machine begins to start, but halts when the BIOS is supposed to show up, and the monitor stays blank?

It would help us determine what is the problem if you could post your system specs.
(Which motherboard are you using, and what cpu is on it? Which graphics card do you use?)
