I don't see any offense to throw her in jail. what will it do? will it benefit her? or is she a threat to community? all it will bring hardship for her kids. extra burden on state ( cost of keeping her in jail)

I told you in my post above, this situation could be easily resolved with , "an eye for an eye", biblical justice. Let her hold the book of her choice in front of her, and have a judge fire the same Desert Eagle at her.

Now, women claim, and have been claiming to be the sensible members of out society for centuries, while also claiming that men are, stupid, lazy beer swilling, TV sports watching, wastrels, who only have women to thank for their very existence. To wit, "A man works from sun to sun, but a woman's work is never done"! In other words, they believe themselves to be intellectually and morally superior to men. Oftentimes I've heard it claimed, "if women were in charge, there would be no more war". You know, maybe, maybe not. Our legal system examines a persons motives for committing any given offense. Realistically, this woman could have simply been sick of some fool bugging her about some bullsh!t dream of "fame on YouTube", instead of getting a job, and decided to do away with him. And FWIW, the "oops I'm so stupid I didn't realize that could possibly happen" defense, has little merit.

Moving on, in most cities it's illegal to discharge a firearm within the city limits At the very least, she's guilty of that, and should, again at the very least, do the maximum time and fine on that instant offense.

No food, no water, no house other than a hut, and he still managed to get the missus to pump out ten new mouths they can't feed. (Well, my eyes welled up with tears over this story....er NOT).
