Hi to all.
I have a brother inkjet printer, and Lenovo desktop latest win 10.
when I send docs to the printer, they arrive in print manager, for a second or 2, then print manager empties (as if the doc has gone to the printer) but printer does not print.
I tried printer on another pc, it just worked, using the same usb lead.
I un installed drivers, rebooted, re installed.
tried turning firewall off.
updated printer firmware.
I have now run out of ideas
