Printer Problem

Hi,I have a Canon Pixma printer,when i print a photo i keep getting lines showing,i have done all possible mainteanace eg unblock.Both cartridges were recently refilled i wondered if this may be the cause and i should have bought new canon cartridges,the photos themselves are very good but for the tram lines.ML Wilkinson

Martin, Canon printers can be a little problematic if genuine catridges are not used. As suggested, try Canon originals, albeit they may be expensive.

soak your print head in 100% alcohol overnight. That might unclog a stubborn clog.
