ok well i figured out the problem for the power save mode finnally guys. This is really intresting so listen to this. My old monitor would not work on my pc when i plugged it into the mobo or the graphics card controller. Neither would it work on anyone elses tower.... wierd huh. permanately stuck inm power save mode i believe. So i took someone elses monitor and plugged it into my mobo, doesnt work, so hmmmm then i tried plugging it into my gaphics card and it works. So what happened now? my old monitor wouldnt work on both the mobo or the gapics card. but another montior would work on the graphics card but not the mobo. wierd huh?? So i guess my monitor was the problem...
