Problem with the file system?

The last time i have run the chkdsk /f on another computer and fixed the problem but after some days since that i've run chkdsk again and find a problem with the file system.I attached a file............what could be the problem???....My system is working well no freezing.........its working as it should.

HDD failure can creep up on you from the shadows sometimes. Test your HDD with one of the utilities here.

Make sure you use a controlled shutdown every time and do not force power off by holding the power switch.

If you must force power off, then be sure to run chkdsk /f upon reboot

Your exposure increases if you have Shared Folders, one is being accessed, and
either system is forced off or crashes.

On a fat32 filesystem, this would have lead quickly to cross linked files, but ntfs is
much better and has far fewer errors.
