Problems with Transcend Flash drive

Hi,

I have a Transcend jet Flash 110 (1GB) with me. I bought it from Taiwan. It is under warranty period. Now when i connect the drive to my USB port i am getting a message like " Do you want to format your drive now?" Even if i click yes, it wont do anything. The same message keeps on coming.
Any idea why this is coming?
Also, is there any service centers for Transcend in india?

ensure you have drivers to your stick if it is new.

yes, i do have latest drivers and it was working two days back on the same machine.
