PS2 Memory card is messed up

ok i dunno what happened but i used action replay and it has like a memory manager on it well it made all my save files corrupt and then they disappeared and it says it still has stuff on it so i mean ive tried doing everything and the card doesnt work no more when i try to save games its fails is there a way i can just wipe everything off and if i do that is should be work again well leave me a message
